Official Contest Rules

Overview
These Official Rules (“Rules”) apply to the Falls, Food & Fun Giveaway contest (“Contest”) taking place on Instagram from Tuesday, April 22, 2025, through Tuesday, May 6, 2025 (“Contest Period”). The Contest is sponsored by MGE Niagara Entertainment Inc., the operator of Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara (“Sponsor(s)”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

👤 Eligibility

You are eligible to enter if:

  • You are a legal resident of Canada or the United States (excluding Florida);
  • You are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry;
  • You have an active Instagram account;
  • You are a Momentum rewards program member (free to join) to redeem the prize.

The following individuals are NOT eligible to participate:

  • Anyone enrolled in a voluntary self-exclusion program that applies to Fallsview or Casino Niagara;
  • Individuals restricted by court order or by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO);
  • Employees, officers, board members, contractors, or agents of the Sponsor, affiliated advertising agencies, and anyone living in the same household;
  • Staff members or executives of unions representing Site employees;
  • Employees of registered suppliers maintaining gaming equipment at the Sites;
  • Registered gaming assistants or OLG/AGCO employees restricted under applicable laws.

Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who fails to comply with these Rules.

📅 Contest Period & Prize Draw

  • Start: Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. ET
  • End: Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET
  • Prize Draw: Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at approximately 1:00 p.m. ET
  • Location: Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort

📲 How to Enter

To enter the Contest, during the Contest Period:

  1. Follow the Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort Instagram page @fallsviewcasino;
  2. Like the official contest post;
  3. Tag another valid Instagram user in the comments.

You will receive:

  • 1 entry for following;
  • 1 entry for liking the post;
  • Up to 100 additional entries (1 per tagged user).

Maximum of 102 entries per individual. Entries beyond this limit will not count.

🏆 Winner Selection & Prize Claim

One (1) winner (the “Selected Entrant”) will be randomly drawn from eligible entries.

To claim the Prize, the Selected Entrant must, within 10 business days:

  1. Be a Momentum member in good standing (or sign up for free);
  2. Correctly answer a time-limited, unaided mathematical skill-testing question;
  3. Sign a Declaration and Release confirming eligibility and accepting the prize;
  4. Provide valid government-issued photo ID and proof of entry.

Failure to complete any of these steps will result in disqualification. In such case, a backup winner may be selected. Only one alternate draw will be made.

Prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.

  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.
  • Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries.
  • Instagram is not liable for any aspect of this Contest.
  • Any entries obtained through automated means, or that violate the Rules, will be void.
  • A Momentum card is for personal use only and subject to Momentum Terms & Conditions.
  • Sponsors reserve the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the Contest for any reason.
  • All times are local to Niagara Falls, Ontario. All values are in Canadian dollars.
  • By entering, you agree to abide by these Rules and all decisions by Sponsors.
